Part-Time Store Auditor & Inventory Coordinator MyFroyoLand Indore - Premium Frozen Yogurt (In Nepania and Zodiac Mall scheme 140)

We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and responsible person to perform periodic audits and operational checks across our MyFroyoLand stores.

This is a part-time role, generally requiring work on alternate days(even flexible for 2 days of gap), and may be particularly suitable for retired professionals or individuals looking for structured part-time work.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStore AuditVisit both MyFroyoLand stores on scheduled audit days.
• Physically count cups available at the stores.
• Match physical cup inventory against cups/products sold as recorded in the billing/POS system.
• Identify and report any significant stock or sales discrepancies.
• Check that basic store operating procedures are being followed.
• Product & Quality ChecksCheck availability and condition of:
• 
  
• Frozen yogurt flavours
• Toppings
• Sauces and other consumables
• Cups and related packaging
• Perform basic taste and quality checks where required.
• Check product presentation and freshness.
• Ensure stock is stored appropriately.
• Cleanliness & ComplianceInspect general store cleanliness and hygiene.
• Check counters, machines, toppings areas and customer-facing areas.
• Highlight any cleanliness, maintenance or compliance concerns to management.
• Verify that agreed operating standards are being followed by store staff.
• Inventory HandlingCollect required inventory/material from the designated storage location/home before visiting the stores.
• Carry required stock preferably using a car/auto or other suitable transport.
• Hand over required inventory to store staff and verify quantities.
• Transfer inventory from one store to another when required.
• Maintain a simple record of inventory collected, transferred and handed over.
• Cash & BankingCollect/verify cash as per the agreed process.
• Deposit store cash into the designated bank account when required.
• Maintain proper record/proof of cash deposits.
• Working SchedulePart-time role
• Generally alternate days
• Typical working hours: approximately 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM(flexible)
• Work involves travelling between the storage location, two MyFroyoLand stores and occasionally the bank.
• Working hours may vary slightly depending on operational requirements.

Preferred CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:

• Honest and trustworthy
• Responsible and punctual
• Comfortable performing basic counting and reconciliation
• Detail-oriented and observant
• Able to communicate clearly with store staff and management
• Comfortable travelling locally between stores
• Able to carry small quantities of store inventory
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic mobile applications
• Able to maintain simple written or Excel/WhatsApp-based audit records

Retired professionals are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly candidates with previous experience in banking, accounts, administration, retail, supervision, inventory management or similar roles.

Salary₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Nature of the RoleThis is not a full-time store-management position. The primary purpose of the role is to provide an independent check on store inventory, sales reconciliation, product quality, cleanliness and basic operating discipline, while assisting with inventory movement and banking activities.
