JOB DESCRIPTION – TEAM MEMBERPosition: Team Member (TM)

Reporting To: Shift Manager / Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager

Job SummaryThe Team Member is responsible for supporting day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring quality food preparation, excellent customer service, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the store as per company standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process orders as per the defined process.
• Prepare food and beverages as per company recipes, quality standards, and SOPs.
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, counter, and other store areas.
• Follow food safety and personal hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing inventory as instructed.
• Maintain proper stock rotation and inform the Shift Manager about stock requirements or shortages.
• Follow all operational SOPs and instructions given by the reporting manager.
• Ensure correct packing and timely handover of customer orders.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the manager when required.
• Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Follow cash handling and billing procedures, wherever assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations throughout the shift.
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning activities as assigned.
• Follow all company policies related to attendance, punctuality, grooming, hygiene, and discipline.
• Perform any other operational duties assigned by the reporting manager.
