Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized candidate who can handle both telecalling and basic accounting support.

The candidate will the day contacting customers, following up on sales enquiries, and generating leads. Also he will be assisting in daily accounting and office work.

Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Customer Follow-up

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Follow up on sales enquiries and pending orders.
  • Share product details and generate sales leads.
  • Maintain customer contact details and call records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.

Accounts & Office Support

  • Assist the accountant with daily accounting entries
  • Help with data entry.
  • Maintaining records and documents.

Timing : 10am to 6:30pm

Sunday: holiday

Payment: monthly basis.
