Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives and Business Development Executives.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance and take necessary actions to improve productivity.
• Track calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Identify low-performing employees and implement appropriate performance improvement plans.
• Ensure proper and timely updates of CRM, trackers, and other sales records.
• Monitor call quality and ensure the team follows the approved sales process, scripts, and compliance requirements.
• Handle escalations and support team members in closing important or complex deals.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management.
• Work closely with the Quality and Training teams to improve team performance.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, productivity, and professional conduct within the team.
• Motivate the team and create a positive, competitive, and performance-driven work environment.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, including experience in handling or leading a sales team.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
