Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Business Analyst (SBA) to join our Advisory practice. In this role, you will lead data-driven problem solving, structure strategic solutions, and collaborate directly with clients to drive operational, strategic, or financial transformations. You will bridge the gap between complex analytical insights and executive-level decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Delivery & Problem Solving: Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses, market research, and financial modeling to support client engagements.Process & Strategy Optimization: Diagnose client business challenges, map workflows, and design scalable operational or strategic frameworks.Stakeholder Management: Facilitate client workshops, present key findings to C-suite stakeholders, and manage day-to-day client communications.Project Management: Oversee project workstreams, track deliverables, and mentor junior analysts.Proposal & Business Development: Assist leadership in developing pitch decks, RFPs, and thought leadership collateral.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 3–5 years of management consulting, advisory, or strategic business analysis experience.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA/CFA is a plus).Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and proficiency in BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or SQL.Core Competencies: Exceptional structured thinking, financial/data modeling capabilities, and strong executive communication skills.
