Site Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise day-to-day interior execution work at the project site.

* Study and interpret architectural, interior, structural, and MEP drawings.

* Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

* Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.

* Monitor activities such as:

 * False ceiling

 * Gypsum partition

 * Flooring and tiling

 * Painting and polishing

 * Carpentry and modular furniture

 * Glass and aluminium works

 * Electrical and lighting works

 * Plumbing and sanitary works

 * HVAC and other MEP coordination

* Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.

* Check the quality of materials and workmanship.

* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

* Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper material utilization.

* Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify delays.

* Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to resolve site issues.

* Conduct inspections and prepare snag/punch lists.

* Ensure proper finishing and rectification of defects before handover.

* Follow site safety rules and ensure workers follow required safety practices.

* Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, billing, and BOQ verification.

* Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, issues, and requirements.

* Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain an organized work site.

### Required Skills

* Knowledge of interior fit-out and construction methods.

* Ability to read **AutoCAD drawings and interior layouts**.

* Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, and site measurements.

* Good knowledge of finishing materials and construction details.

* Strong coordination and communication skills.

* Ability to manage contractors and workers.

* Problem-solving and site-management skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and project-reporting tools.

* Knowledge of safety and quality-control procedures.
