Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Indore


Roles & Responsibilities:


* Make calls to potential clients using company-provided leads.

* Explain the company’s brokerage services and business offerings.

* Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.

* Follow up with interested clients and maintain a proper call database.

* Schedule client meetings for the sales team.

* Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

* Update daily calling status and follow-up reports.

* Maintain professional communication with clients.


Candidate Requirements:


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confidence in handling client calls.

* Basic computer and data-entry skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

* Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.


Salary: Fixed salary plus incentives, as per company policy
