Telecaller Outbound

Key Responsibilities

●       Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payments

●       Handle inbound queries related to outstanding dues and payment options

●       Negotiate repayment plans and convince customers to clear dues

●       Update call details, payment commitments, and remarks in CRM systems

●       Follow up on Promise to Pay (PTP) cases

●       Meet daily call targets and monthly collection goals

●       Escalate complex or sensitive cases to team leaders

●       Maintain call quality standards and compliance guidelines

 Required Skills

●       Average spoken English (Versant 2-3 Equivalent)

●       Good negotiation and persuasion skills

●       Ability to handle rejection and difficult customers calmly

●       Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

●       Listening skills and problem-solving attitude

 Qualifications

●       Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate/ Non-Pursuing

●       Experience: 0–3 years (freshers can apply)

●       Age Limit – 30 Yrs.

Preferred Experience

●       Experience in voice process (collections, telesales, or customer service)

●       Exposure to domestic calling processes
