Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Location: Regal Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Job Type: Part-Time- 6.30 PM to 10.30 Pm

Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives

Gender: Male / Female

  • Job Responsibilities:ग्राहकों को कॉल करके कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट्स और सर्विसेज की जानकारी देना।
  • नए ग्राहकों से संपर्क करना और उनकी आवश्यकताओं को समझना।
  • संभावित ग्राहकों को प्रोडक्ट खरीदने के लिए प्रेरित करना।
  • पुराने ग्राहकों से फॉलो-अप करना और दोबारा बिक्री बढ़ाना।
  • ग्राहकों के सवालों का सही जवाब देना।
  • कॉलिंग डेटा और ग्राहकों की जानकारी व्यवस्थित रखना।
  • कंपनी के सेल्स टारगेट को पूरा करने में सहयोग करना।
  • Requirements:अच्छी Communication Skills होनी चाहिए।
  • हिंदी बोलने का अच्छा ज्ञान होना चाहिए।
  • अनुभवी उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
  • ग्राहकों से प्रोफेशनल तरीके से बात करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
  • मेहनती, आत्मविश्वासी और लक्ष्य के प्रति समर्पित होना चाहिए।
