Warehouse Supervisor

Godown In-Charge | Location: Indore

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role We are looking for a responsible and reliable Godown In-Charge to manage day-to-day operations of our godown, including stock handling, receiving and dispatching goods, inventory maintenance, and coordination with staff and suppliers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day godown operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Receive incoming goods and verify quantity, quality and material details.
• Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued and available.
• Handle packing ,loading and dispatch of goods.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and identify shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of the godown.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, customers and internal staff for timely movement of goods.
• Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward material.
• Assist in maintaining basic inventory records on Excel/computer.
• Ensure goods are stored safely and systematically.
• Basic knowledge of stock/inventory management.
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically comfortable with routine godown operations.
• Honest, responsible and dependable.
• Candidates from Indore/local candidates preferred.
• Preferred SkillsExperience handling stock registers and inventory records.
• Experience with billing/inventory software is an advantage.
• Working Conditions Monday–Saturday
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Full-time, on-site role
• Small family-run business environment
