Job Description
With Bike Desktop and laptop installation, configuration, and deployment at client locations.
Windows OS installation, configuration, activation, and troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting of Windows-related issues, system errors, drivers, boot issues, and application problems.
Installation and configuration of required software, applications, antivirus, and system utilities.
Desktop and laptop delivery, installation, and handover at client sites.
Hardware troubleshooting, including RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, mouse, monitor, printer, and other peripherals.
Network and LAN connectivity troubleshooting.
User support for desktop, laptop, printer, and basic IT-related issues.
Performing preventive maintenance and resolving hardware/software issues.
Maintaining records of delivered systems, installation status, serial numbers, and service activities.
