E-Commerce Executive – Product Listing & Marketplace Operations

Job Description: E-Commerce Product Listing & Order Processing Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient E-Commerce Executive to take complete ownership of our online product catalog and manage daily order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate product listings across platforms and maintain a seamless, error-free daily order processing cycle from purchase to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Catalog Creation: Upload and publish new product listings on e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or Shopify).

• Content Optimization: Ensure product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and high-resolution images are optimized for search visibility and conversions.

• Inventory & Pricing Sync: Regularly update product pricing, stock availability, and variations across all sales channels to prevent overselling.

2. Daily Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Order Tracking: Monitor seller panels daily for new incoming orders, processing them within strict platform SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

• Label Generation & Packaging Coordination: Generate shipping labels, invoices, and manifest sheets, coordinating with warehouse or office staff for proper packaging and dispatch.

• Returns & RTO Management: Track returned items, customer cancellations, and RTO (Return to Origin) shipments, logging them accurately in reports.

3. Data Management & Reporting

• Excel Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly records of sales, order volumes, stock levels, and settlement reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Issue Resolution: Coordinate closely with courier partners and e-commerce support teams to resolve delayed shipments, lost packages, or customer order discrepancies.
