Job Description
- Deliver exceptional service to customer that results in repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty
- Collaborate with coworkers to achieve store sales goals
- Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Inform customer about product features and benefits, offering opinions and recommendations when appropriate
- Maintain a tidy environment and welcoming atmosphere
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Treat all customers with respect and courtesy
- Greet customers as they enter the store
- Execute purchases
- Restock and organize inventory
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Competent math skills, including an ability to make change accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
