Job Description

Diagnostic and Repair Duties

  • Troubleshoot Electrical Faults: Connect specialized diagnostic tools to find errors in the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) and Motor Control Unit (MCU). [1, 2]
  • Battery & BMS Maintenance: Inspect lithium-ion battery packs, check cell health, and perform Battery Management System (BMS) resets or replacements. [1, 2, 3]
  • Powertrain Service: Repair or replace electric hub/mid-drive motors, controllers, and wiring harnesses. [1, 2, 3]
  • Software Updates: Flash firmware and calibrate connected-app or telematics systems. [1, 2]



General and Routine Maintenance

  • Mechanical Checks: Service regenerative braking systems, suspension components, steering, and tires.
  • Charging System Tests: Inspect onboard chargers, charging ports, and external OEM cables for proper earthing and power output.
  • Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Test new scooters before handing them over to customers
