Accountant

Accountant – Choudhary and Company

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing or Taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and accurate financial records.

• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.

• Handle bookkeeping using Tally Prime/Tally ERP.

• Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile customer and vendor accounts.

• Prepare invoices and track outstanding payments and receivables.

• Prepare GST and TDS workings and assist with return filing.

• Maintain supporting documents, vouchers and accounting reports.

• Assist with monthly/year-end closing, financial statements and audit requirements.

• Coordinate with the CA, clients and internal team for accounting-related work.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate; B.Com or a related qualification preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and accounting principles.

• Practical understanding of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.

• Basic English reading and writing skills.

• Accuracy, integrity and the ability to complete work within deadlines.
