Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and basic office documentation at our manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle purchase and sales entries, bills, invoices, and vouchers.
- Maintain cash book, petty cash, and basic expense records.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Perform basic data entry and record-keeping using MS Excel.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is preferred.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge, including data entry, formatting, and simple formulas.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
