Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting records, bills, invoices, and financial entries.
- Handle MS Excel, MS Word, data entry, and other computer-related tasks.
- Maintain digital and physical records of documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, statements, and maintaining office records.
- Handle property-related documents, document verification, and data management, wherever required.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial and legal records.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of basic accounting and financial record-keeping.
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Preferred ExperienceExperience in property documentation, property papers, registry documents, or legal documentation will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with relevant accounts and computer work experience will be preferred.
