Job Description
- Manage day-to-day factory administration and smooth operational activities.
- Coordinate production, manpower, stores, purchase, maintenance, and dispatch functions.
- Ensure optimum manpower utilization, attendance, discipline, and workforce productivity.
- Monitor inventory, material availability, machine maintenance, and factory infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, labour, and factory-related requirements.
- Control operational/admin costs and improve efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Prepare MIS/reports, identify operational issues, and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
