Job OverviewGlobe Communication is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support daily business operations, maintain records, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure smooth administrative and operational processes.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry & Record Management: Maintain customer databases, update records, prepare reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Customer Coordination: Coordinate with clients regarding service requests, account details, documentation, and pending issues.
  • Operations Support: Assist the operations team in managing Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice, IVR, and other digital communication services.
  • Order & Request Processing: Process client
  • Accounts basic knowledge
