WE ARE HIRING – BARISTA ☕Happy Hours Cafe | Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

We are looking for a responsible, skilled and hygiene-conscious Barista who is passionate about beverages and café operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare beverages according to the café's standard recipes, measurements and presentation guidelines.
• Handle daily opening and closing routines, including stock counting, inventory checks and reporting.
• Develop and maintain a Recipe Bible documenting standardized recipes, measurements and preparation methods.
• Create and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for every task at the barista station.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station and espresso equipment.
• Take complete responsibility for station organization, equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Monitor inventory, minimize wastage and ensure consistency in taste and quality.
• What We ExpectPrevious barista or beverage-making experience preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee, mocktails, shakes and other beverages.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and ownership.
• Ability to follow recipes, maintain records and build systems.
• Excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• A self-driven person who pays attention to even the smallest details.

A Special Preference 😉Bonus points if you have an OCD-like attention to detail (in the casual sense)!

We love people who can't stand a messy workstation, misplaced tools, untidy counters or inconsistent measurements. Everything should have its place, and cleanliness should be a habit, not a reminder.

Important NoteWe currently do not have an espresso machine. However, we are planning to invest in one depending on the selected Barista's skills, performance and commitment.
