Job Description

Hiring: Bench Sales Recruiter (US Staffing)

📍 Location: Onsite Only

🕒 Shift: Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)

📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday

💼 Experience: 0–3 Years

🏢 Industry: US IT Staffing


Key Responsibilities:

• Market bench consultants on LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other US job portals

• Submit candidates to vendors and direct clients on a daily basis

• Coordinate interviews and follow up for client feedback

• Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with clients/vendors

• Maintain daily marketing reports and submission tracking

• Achieve weekly and monthly placement targets


Preferred Skills:

✅ Good communication & negotiation skills

✅ Knowledge of the US staffing process is a plus
