- Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
- Schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and convert leads into potential customers.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and business development activities.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of lead generation and client relationship management.
- Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an advantage.
