Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, explaining our business consultancy services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
• Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Explain company registration, government schemes, grants, certifications, and other consultancy services.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular client communication.
• Convert qualified leads into successful clients.
• Maintain customer and lead records.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
• Comfortable with calling and client interaction.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
