Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive who will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, including CSPs, CSC centres, cyber cafés, and mobile shops. The candidate will also be responsible for recruiting, training, monitoring, and supporting BDOs (Business Development Officers).
- Key ResponsibilitiesPartner AcquisitionVisit CSP, CSC, cyber cafés, and mobile shops.
- Identify potential business opportunities.
- Onboard new partners.
- Build long-term relationships with partners.
- BDO ManagementRecruit new BDOs.
- Conduct interviews and training sessions.
- Monitor daily performance.
- Track sales activities and targets.
- Provide field support.
- Business DevelopmentPromote company products and services.
- Increase sales and partner engagement.
- Coordinate marketing activities.
- Expand the company's network.
