Job Description

Preferred Location: Jaipur & Jodhpur


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers and dealers for outstanding payments.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per company credit terms.
  • Maintain records of pending payments and customer outstanding balances.
  • Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding payment status.
  • Visit customers and dealers for payment collection, when required.
  • Prepare daily collection reports and update payment records.
  • Resolve payment-related queries and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by management.


Required Skills

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and payment records.
  • Follow-up skills and ability to meet collection targets.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Honesty, patience, and attention to detail.
