Computer Hardware Engineer – Field Job Job Type: Full-Time | Field Job

Location: C-Scheme, Jaipur

Experience: 2–4 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

• Visit client locations for hardware installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve computer, printer, networking, and peripheral hardware issues.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
• Handle hardware replacement, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic networking issues.
• Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, software, and system applications.
• Maintain records of service visits, repairs, installations, and replaced hardware.
• Coordinate with the internal technical team and provide timely updates on field issues.
• Provide basic technical support and guidance to clients.
• Travel to client sites as required for service and support.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking and LAN/Wi-Fi configuration.
• Knowledge of Windows installation and software configuration.
• Ability to identify and resolve hardware and connectivity issues.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
• Preferred 2–4 years of experience in hardware/networking field support.
• Candidates with experience in IT support, AMC services, networking, or computer hardware maintenance will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
