Job Description
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Update and maintain data in Excel and company software/HRMS.
- Prepare daily reports, statements, and documentation.
- Maintain files, documents, and departmental records.
- Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and other computer-related tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information.
- Perform other computer and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
