🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end administration of Variablesoft CRM, including user management and system upkeep
Design and maintain workflows, automation rules, and approval processes
Manage lead capture, assignment, routing, and sales pipeline tracking
Build dashboards, custom reports, and analytics for sales and service metrics
Manage integrations with email, telephony, marketing automation, WhatsApp/SMS platforms, etc.
Continuously optimize CRM processes, data quality, and user adoption
Train internal teams on CRM best practices and troubleshoot CRM issues
🔹 Requirements / Qualifications
2–6 years of hands-on experience with Variablesoft CRM
Strong understanding of workflow automation and module customization
Experience building reports and dashboards
Good understanding of sales pipeline management and lead lifecycle processes
Strong analytical and communication skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, IT, or a related field
Variablesoft CRM training or certification is an added advantage
