Job Description

Customer Care Executive – Garment Ecommerce


Responsibilities


Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, messages, and email.

Manage website and marketplace order-related issues.

Assist with delivery, returns, exchanges, refunds, sizing, and product queries.

Follow up and resolve customer issues within timelines.

Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, ecommerce, and accounts teams.

Maintain professional and clear customer communication.


Key Requirements


Good English and Hindi communication.

Strong customer handling and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of ecommerce and online orders.

Comfortable with email, WhatsApp, and Excel.

Prior customer care/ecommerce experience preferred.
