Customer Relations Executive

• Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main bridge for client inquiries, phone calls, emails, and walk-ins. [1, 2, 3, 4]
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with accounts to encourage repeat business and loyalty. [1, 2, 3]
• Issue Resolution & Escalations: Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with internal departments (sales, support, or service) to deliver timely solutions. [1, 2, 3]
• Sales Support & Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling additional products, services, or upgrades based on client needs. [1, 2, 3]
• CRM & Record Keeping: Log interactions, update client preferences, track service requests, and maintain accurate records using CRM software. [1, 2, 3]
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback through surveys, follow-up calls, or reviews and report trends to management for service improvements. [1, 2, 3]
• Onboarding & Follow-ups: Assist new clients during the onboarding phase and execute post-sale follow-ups to verify satisfaction. [1, 2]
