We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to manage guest interactions, build strong customer relationships, and generate bookings through calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective guests.
• Follow up with leads and drive booking conversions.
• Assist guests with booking-related queries and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and booking conversion abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with good follow-up skills.
