Job Description

  1. Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media platforms.
  2. Manage customer orders, order confirmations, dispatch updates, and delivery follow-ups.
  3. Coordinate with the sales, accounts, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
  4. Handle customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and feedback professionally.
  5. Maintain customer databases and update daily CRM records.
  6. Follow up with customers for pending orders and payments.
  7. Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
  8. Prepare daily and monthly customer interaction reports.
  9. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  10. Manage online and offline customer communication.
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and social media platforms.
  • Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Tally/CRM software will be an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer queries.
