Job Description

💼 Position: Customer Service Representative (On-Roll)

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass & Above

Store -New Store in Pacific Mall

✨ Experience: Prior retail/customer service experience required

💰 Salary: As per applicable Minimum Wages of the respective state

📍 Interview: Home Centre store in the respective location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and guide customers with their requirements
  • Support sales and customer service activities
  • Maintain product displays and store presentation
  • Assist with stock replenishment and basic stock checks
  • Ensure a positive customer experience
  • Coordinate with the store team for smooth operations

Follow company policies, grooming standards and work ethics
