Data Entry Operator

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain accurate data in our Fashion Dwar software. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining product, inventory, sales, purchase, and other business-related information in the system.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update product details, including item names, codes, sizes, colors, prices, and stock information.
• Maintain accurate inventory and product records in Fashion Dwar software.
• Enter purchase, sales, customer, supplier, and other transaction-related data.
• Check data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Ensure timely updating of stock and other business information.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, warehouse, and accounts teams whenever required.
• Generate and maintain basic reports from the software.
• Handle data carefully and maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Perform regular verification of entered data to ensure accuracy.
• Complete daily data-entry tasks within the assigned timelines.
• Required Skills & Qualifications12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
• Previous experience in data entry, retail, garment, fashion, or inventory management will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Fashion Dwar software is preferred; training may be provided to the right candidate.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred CandidateExperience in fashion, garment, textile, retail, or wholesale businesses.
• Familiarity with product catalogues, stock management, billing, and inventory.
• Willingness to learn company processes and software.
• Honest, punctual, organized, and responsible.
