Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist dentists during dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment before and after procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dental operatory.
- Prepare the dental chair, instruments, and materials for patient appointments.
- Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable during treatment.
- Maintain patient records and update treatment-related information.
- Monitor and maintain dental supplies and inventory.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate patient appointments and support smooth patient flow.
- Assist with pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions as directed by the dentist.
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per clinic protocols.
- Coordinate with the dentist and clinic team to ensure quality patient care.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly attitude and professional behaviour.
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to clinical requirements.
- Eligibility CriteriaFreshers can apply; prior experience in a dental clinic is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of dental procedures is preferred.
- Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and willing to work in a clinical environment.
