Job Description

Digital Business Development ExecutiveCompany: Globe Communication · Jaipur · Full-time · Work from office

Education: Graduate in any discipline; digital marketing, business, IT or sales background preferred.

Reporting to: Business Development Manager / Management

Key responsibilities

  • Generate B2B leads using LinkedIn, Google, email outreach, business directories and other digital channels.
  • Identify decision-makers in SMEs, enterprises, NBFCs, BFSI, education, healthcare, real estate and e-commerce.
  • Promote Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice, IVR, AI Voice Bots and related communication solutions.
  • Run lead-nurturing campaigns and follow up through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
  • Book product demos and meetings for qualified prospects.
  • Prepare quotations, maintain CRM records and follow up until conversion.
  • Coordinate with the technical and pre-sales team to answer customer queries.
  • Track daily leads, weekly pipeline and monthly sales performance.

Required skills

  • Strong written and spoken English; Hindi is an advantage.
  • Practical knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
  • Ability to understand B2B technology products and communicate their business value.
  • Target-oriented, organised and comfortable with follow-ups.

Performance expectations after training

  • 10–15 qualified leads per working day.
  • 5–8 qualified meetings or demos per week.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently.
  • Work towards a monthly sales target agreed with management.
