Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee our digital marketing strategy, direct paid media investments, and lead channel growth to drive conversions and high ROI.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage Instagram and Facebook: posts, reels, stories and regular engagement.

· Shoot project, plant and product photos/videos; take customer testimonials and basic drone footage.

· Edit photos/videos and create Canva creatives, brochures and promotional material.

· Prepare WhatsApp status content, bulk customer communication, new-product launches and offers.

· Manage Google Ads and update Google Business Profile with reviews, testimonials and fresh photographs.

· Coordinate with SEO, lead-generation and digital-marketing agencies; provide required content and follow up.

· Support website updates and offline marketing such as brochures, flyers, hoardings and branding material.

· Maintain an organized project-wise/product-wise photo and video library.

· Use Excel/Google Sheets for content calendars, trackers and basic marketing reports.

· Use ChatGPT/AI for ideas, captions, content drafts and planning, with final human review before publishing.

Weekly Work Plan

· 1 day: Customer testimonials / customer-site coverage.

· 1–2 days: Project, plant or product photography, videography and drone shoots.

· Minimum 3 days: Office work — editing, content creation, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, agency follow-ups, website/brochure updates, pending modifications and new ideas.

· Maximum field work: 3 days per week; remaining time to be used for marketing execution and content development.

Objective: Take ownership of the company’s routine marketing execution so that social media, Google presence, customer communication, content creation and agency coordination are handled consistently and nothing is missed.
