Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube Ads.
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, CPL, ROI, and other key metrics.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting.
- Create and test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaigns.
- Manage Meta Business Manager and Google Ads Manager.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives and marketing materials.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience in Lead Generation Campaigns.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager / Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and pixels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.
- Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer acquisition.
Experience2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing preferred.
Preferred CandidateSomeone who is data-driven, creative, target-oriented, and experienced in generating quality leads through paid advertising.
