ABOK Spring is looking for motivated and disciplined Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) to join our team. This two-year training program will provide practical, hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing, CNC machines, production processes, quality control, and shop-floor operations.

Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training under experienced professionals and gain the technical skills required to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLearn and operate manufacturing machines under supervision.
• Understand production processes, machine settings, and operating procedures.
• Assist in manufacturing heavy-duty coil springs.
• Perform basic quality checks and follow prescribed inspection procedures.
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor.
• Record production data and report machine or quality-related issues to supervisors.
• Participate in maintenance, productivity improvement, and workplace organisation activities.
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Production, or a related engineering discipline.
• Candidates with an ITI qualification in a relevant trade may also be considered.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and rotational shifts, including day and night shifts.
• Good learning attitude, punctuality, discipline, and willingness to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measurement instruments will be an advantage.

इस दो वर्षीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के दौरान उम्मीदवारों को औद्योगिक उत्पादन, CNC मशीनों, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्रक्रियाओं, गुणवत्ता जाँच (Quality Control) और फैक्ट्री में होने वाले दैनिक कार्यों का व्यावहारिक अनुभव दिया जाएगा।

चयनित उम्मीदवारों को अनुभवी इंजीनियरों और कर्मचारियों के मार्गदर्शन में काम सीखने का अवसर मिलेगा, जिससे वे मैन्युफैक्चरिंग क्षेत्र में अपना दीर्घकालिक करियर बना सकेंगे।

• मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)अनुभवी कर्मचारियों की देखरेख में मैन्युफैक्चरिंग मशीनों को चलाना और उनका संचालन सीखना।
• उत्पादन प्रक्रियाओं, मशीन सेटिंग्स और कार्यप्रणाली को समझना।
• भारी क्षमता वाले कॉइल स्प्रिंग्स के निर्माण में सहायता करना।
• उत्पादों की बुनियादी गुणवत्ता जाँच करना और निर्धारित निरीक्षण प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना।
• उत्पादन लक्ष्य, गुणवत्ता मानकों और सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना।
• कार्यस्थल पर साफ-सफाई और अनुशासन बनाए रखना।
• उत्पादन से संबंधित रिकॉर्ड रखना और मशीन या गुणवत्ता से जुड़ी समस्याओं की जानकारी सुपरवाइजर को देना।
• मशीनों के रखरखाव, उत्पादकता बढ़ाने और कार्यस्थल में सुधार से जुड़ी गतिविधियों में भाग लेना।
• प्रोडक्शन, क्वालिटी और मेंटेनेंस टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करना।

योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ (Eligibility Criteria)शैक्षणिक योग्यता:

• मैकेनिकल, इलेक्ट्रिकल, मेटलर्जी, प्रोडक्शन या संबंधित इंजीनियरिंग शाखा में डिप्लोमा।
• संबंधित ट्रेड में ITI योग्यता रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों पर भी विचार किया जा सकता है।
• फैक्ट्री के वातावरण में काम करने और दिन व रात की रोटेशनल शिफ्ट में कार्य करने की इच्छा।
• सीखने की अच्छी क्षमता, समय की पाबंदी, अनुशासन और निर्देशों का पालन करने की आदत।
• इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग और मापने वाले उपकरणों की बुनियादी जानकारी रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जा सकती है।
