Job Description
Office Support
- Keep office areas, meeting rooms and common areas clean and organized.
- Serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, filing and documentation.
- Arrange files, documents, stationery and other office materials.
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure they are properly arranged.
Runner / Outdoor Duties
- Deliver and collect documents, quotations, invoices, samples and other company materials.
- Visit banks, courier offices, post offices, government offices and other locations as required.
- Deposit cheques and collect bank-related documents.
- Handle courier dispatches and collections.
- Purchase stationery, office supplies and other items as instructed.
- Collect and deliver materials from vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in submitting and collecting documents from customers, vendors and other business contacts.
- Ensure all documents and materials reach the correct person/location safely and on time.
