Job Description

Job Title: E-commerce & Office Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Upload product photos and details on multiple online websites.
  • Create and maintain online product listings.
  • Update product prices, descriptions, stock and availability.
  • Prepare customer invoices and bills.
  • Attend to customers and assist them in the store.
  • Handle basic computer work, Excel and data entry.
  • Maintain daily office records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding product enquiries and orders.

Required Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic English reading and writing.
  • Familiarity with online shopping websites and product listings.
  • Responsible, organised and willing to learn.

Experience: Freshers can apply; experience preferred.

Education: 12th pass or graduate.
