Job Description

E-commerce Order & Shipment ManagerWe are looking for a detail-oriented Order & Shipment Manager to handle daily e-commerce operations.

  • ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders across e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with warehouses and courier partners for timely dispatch.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
  • Maintain accurate order and inventory records.
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipment updates when required.
  • Generate daily and weekly order fulfillment reports.
  • RequirementsExperience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines efficiently
