Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other online platforms.
Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, inventory and product content.
Monitor and process customer orders, dispatches, returns, cancellations and refunds.
Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, logistics and courier teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Monitor marketplace performance, sales, cancellations, returns and operational issues.
Handle seller panels and resolve marketplace-related issues, tickets and escalations.
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
Monitor product visibility, promotions, offers and pricing.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports and analyse performance.
Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve customer complaints and order-related issues.
Ensure marketplace policies, SLA and operational guidelines are followed.
Identify operational problems and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
