eCommerce Operations Manager

E-commerce Executive / ManagerWe are looking for a confident and highly organized E-commerce Executive / Manager to handle daily marketplace operations and backend order management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily order booking and processing for Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify and other marketplaces.
• Maintain accurate Excel records for orders, returns, exchanges and cancellations.
• Reconcile marketplace returns and ensure all returned inventory is properly accounted for.
• Raise and track SBI / wrong return / fake return claims wherever applicable.
• Maintain proper stock records and coordinate inventory updates.
• Handle GRN of fabricators and ensure stock received is properly entered and reconciled.
• Track pending returns, discrepancies, claims and payment-related issues.
• Maintain clean and updated operational data on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, customer care and marketplace teams.
• RequirementsExcellent command of MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
• Strong data management and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Confident, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Prior experience with Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify or similar marketplaces preferred.
• Experience in garment/fashion e-commerce will be an advantage.
