Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

Job Brief

The Relationship Manager will provide trade and investment advisory services to assigned clients, including guidance on the risks associated with specific trades. The role involves keeping clients informed of market developments that may impact their portfolios, and cross-selling the company's full range of investment products.

Key

Responsibilities

•     Executing trades on behalf of clients and keeping them informed at every step.

•     Business Development – identifying and securing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships like RA, booth QR codes and client engagement.

•     Wealth Management – maximizing client wealth through investment planning, risk assessment, and portfolio optimization.

•     Investment Advisory – providing tailored investment recommendations based on market research and financial analysis.

•     Marketing – promoting financial products through targeted campaigns, email marketing, and event participation.

•     Brand Building – enhancing company visibility and reputation through networking, strategic partnerships, and industry events.

•     Financial Forecasting, Reporting & Analysis – analyzing financial data to identify trends, prepare reports, and support decision-making.

•     Market Research – conducting industry and competitor analysis to refine investment strategies.

•     Client Acquisition – sourcing new clients through referrals, cold calling, events, and market visits.

•     Working in a result-oriented manner to consistently achieve assigned business targets.

Performance

Goals & Expectations

•     Generating broking revenue through advisory and dealing services.

•     Hyper-activating existing active clients and re-activating inactive clients.

•     Cross-selling other products to clients, such as IAP, TGS, Mutual Funds, PMS, and Insurance.

•     Acquiring new clients through referrals, cold calling, events, and market visits.

•     Training clients on company tools, including the mobile app and web platforms.

•     Maintaining consistent client engagement, tracked through talk time and meetings.

•     Managing RMS (risk management system) processes and payment follow-ups.

•     Resolving client queries promptly and effectively.

•     Continuously upgrading skills through training sessions, assessments, and self-study.

The Relationship Manager will be required to:

•     Attend morning meetings.

•     Read daily research notes.

•     Attend company training programs.

•     Appear for daily and weekly assessments, and monthly viva evaluations.

•     Consistently follow all processes and procedures laid down by the company.

Qualifications

& Skills Required

•     Graduate in Commerce (B.Com, BBA) or equivalent.

•     Sound knowledge of finance and accounting.

•     Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience will also be considered.

•     Working proficiency in MS Excel and other basic reporting and tracking tools.

Location

Preference

This role is based in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. Candidates residing in or near Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur will be preferred for ease of commute and faster onboarding.

Employment

Terms

Probation Period: 3 months from the date of joining.

Compensation – Freshers (during probation): ₹10,000 per month stipend for the first 3 months.

Compensation – Freshers (post-confirmation): ₹15,000 per month, effective after successful completion of the 3-month probation period.

Compensation – Experienced Candidates: Negotiable, based on relevant experience and skill set.

Service Commitment: Candidates are expected to commit to a minimum tenure of 2 years with the organization.
