Executive Assistant to MDExperience: 2–5 Years | Location: Jaipur
- Manage MD’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
- Track important tasks, deadlines and action points.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong communication, coordination and MS Excel/PowerPoint skills required.
- Should be smart, organized, proactive and able to work independently.
