Field Executive

Field Executive – Mojika Real Estate & Developers Pvt. Ltd.Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Executive to support marketing activities, coordinate with vendors, and handle office/back-office work. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, marketing coordination, vendor follow-ups, documentation, and assisting the team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with marketing vendors, agencies, and service providers.
• Conduct field visits for marketing and promotional activities.
• Follow up with vendors regarding branding, advertising, printing, events, and other requirements.
• Support the sales and marketing team in lead generation and promotional activities.
• Handle basic back-office work, documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate between field teams, vendors, and the office.
• Collect and submit required reports, bills, documents, and updates.
• Assist in property/project visits and other company activities as required.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned field and office tasks.

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and email.
• Willingness to travel locally for field work.
• Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Freshers can also apply; experience in real estate/marketing will be an advantage.
