About the RoleWe are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can identify potential business clients, meet decision-makers, understand their growth challenges, and convert them into Vortex Growth Studios clients.

You will be responsible for generating your own prospects, conducting face-to-face meetings, presenting our services, following up with prospects, and closing deals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential business clients in Jaipur.
• Visit businesses and meet owners, founders, and decision-makers.
• Understand the client’s current marketing and sales process.
• Identify problems such as low lead flow, poor conversion, or ineffective advertising.
• Present Vortex Growth Studios’ marketing and growth solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and business meetings.
• Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity records in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with the Vortex team for onboarding after a deal is closed.
• Achieve monthly lead, meeting, and revenue targets.
• Who We’re Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Confident in face-to-face meetings.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales ability are welcome.

Compensation₹15,000–₹25,000/month fixed + performance incentives

Additional incentives will be provided based on meetings, conversions, and revenue generated.

There is no upper limit on earning potential for high-performing sales executives.
