Job Description – Field Service & Installation Engineer

Department: Service & Installation

Experience: 1–5 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field

Job Summary We are looking for a technically skilled Field Service & Installation Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AHU, Air Washer, and HVAC systems at customer sites.

The candidate should be comfortable working at different project/customer locations and should be willing to relocate or travel as per business requirements.

• Key Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of AHU, Air Washer and HVAC equipment.
• Perform equipment startup, testing and trial runs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and HVAC-related issues.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Attend customer complaints and provide timely service support.
• Check motors, blowers, pumps, dampers, filters, coils and other HVAC components.
• Understand HVAC drawings, equipment layouts and installation requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors and internal teams during installation.
• Prepare service reports, installation reports and commissioning documents.
• Ensure work is completed safely and according to company standards.
• Travel to customer/project sites as required.

Required Technical Skills AHU | Air Washer | HVAC | Installation | Commissioning | Troubleshooting | Preventive Maintenance | Breakdown Maintenance | HVAC Equipment Testing | Basic Electrical & Mechanical Knowledge

• Candidate Profile1–5 years of relevant experience in AHU / Air Washer / HVAC service and installation.
• Diploma/ITI/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, HVAC, RAC or related technical field.
• Good practical knowledge of HVAC equipment and components.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as per project requirements.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with hands-on experience in AHU installation, Air Washer installation, HVAC commissioning, service and maintenance will be preferred.

Key Requirement Candidate must be willing to relocate and travel to customer/project sites as required.
