Job Description

Hiring: F&B Captain – The City Canteen, Jaipur

The City Canteen is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible F&B Captain to manage order taking, guest interactions, and daily outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking and processing customer orders accurately.
  • Handling guest interactions and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Preparing daily sales and operational reports.
  • Using computers, POS systems, and MS Excel.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen and service team.
  • Maintaining service quality, hygiene, and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
  • Experience in F&B, QSR, or hospitality preferred.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
